Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at heyfeeels.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return products, and under which circumstances refunds or replacements are provided.


1. General Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition with all original packaging and tags.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order (except for customised products – see below).
  • You must contact our support team at hello@heyfeeels.com before sending any item back.
  • Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

2. Customised & Personalised Products

  • Products that are customised or personalised (including engraved, NFC-linked, or made-to-order items) cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
  • Exception: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, we will replace it or issue a refund at no extra cost.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label or arrange for a replacement to be shipped.
  • We will cover all shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For non-defective returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • For approved defective or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping cost via a prepaid label.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • In the case of defective or incorrect items, refunds may be issued immediately upon verification.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customised or personalised products (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

8. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@heyfeeels.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the reason for return
  • Photos if applicable

We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
