- Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
2. How to Start a Return

- Order number
- Description of the reason for return
- Photos to help us understand the issue/complaint (if applicable)
We will respond within 24 hours and provide you with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- For non-defective returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- For approved defective or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Photos or videos of the issue
- Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement to be shipped.
5. Refunds
