  • We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that product colours and details will be perfectly represented on your device.
  • Certain products may be personalised or customised and will be clearly marked as such.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our accepted payment methods.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, stock errors, or incorrect pricing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within the indicated time frame on the product page.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

6. Customs & Import Duties

You may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees.


7. Right of Withdrawal 

  • Customers have a 14-day withdrawal period for most products.
  • Exception: Customised or personalised products (e.g., engraved, NFC-linked, or made-to-order items) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

8. Returns & Refunds

Customised/Personalised Products

  • No returns or refunds once production has started, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Personalised Products

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Defective or Incorrect Products

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Non-defective returns: paid by the customer.
  • Defective/incorrect products: paid by us (prepaid label provided).

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.


9. Warranties

  • We warrant that our products will be free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery.
  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

11. Intellectual Property
